A view is one successful load of a published infographic — the standalone page and the Smart Embed share one monthly pool. Views are not credits. A viral embed does not empty the AI wallet.
Without on-demand extra AI, chat pauses when credits run out. Editing, publish and page views still work. Enterprise can add an on-demand limit as part of its contract.
A seat is a person in the organization — live members and pending invites. Owners cannot raise the cap. Ask Storycards to add seats.

A credit is the customer unit for AI. 1 credit = $0.01 billed. A short chat turn uses a few credits. Cited research and Brand Kit creation from a site or brand book use more. The sidebar shows credits, not model names.

We warn the workspace as it approaches its allowance. Depending on the package policy, AI can pause at the limit or continue under a configured grace or on-demand allowance. Editing, publishing and serving existing visuals remain available.
